March Employee of the Month

This month, we've had the pleasure of celebrating Courtney Nichols as Johnstown Pointe’s March Employee of the Month!

Courtney is currently working in our Environmental Services Department. She excels at her job, and one can easily see that! Our residents' rooms are kept beautiful and clean thanks to Courtney's diligent work. Courtney enjoys helping the residents keep a clean environment. She loves talking with the residents and families too. Her favorite memory at our facility is when Louella told her she made her room sparkle!



Courtney’s first career was cooking at the Pioneer restaurant in Utica, Ohio. Her first job in her current industry was working for New Albany Cleaning. An interesting fact about Courtney is that she went to school for nursing for three and a half years, then she moved out of the state and was never able to return back to school.

Courtney has a big heart at the facility but outside of work too. She is passionate about fighting heart disease and spreading cancer awareness. Courtney's husband's name is Jeremy, and together they have three children and two pets, Smokey the dog and Gabby the cat.

Courtney is a fantastic part of our team at Johnstown Pointe and we are so happy that she is with us! When you see Courtney, please congratulate her on a job well done!
