March Employee of the Month

Johnstown Pointe has an amazing staff that is committed to making a difference in residents' lives. They go above and beyond every day to care for each resident, and we couldn't appreciate them more. This month, we would like to take a moment to celebrate one of these staff members who has stood out for her hard work and dedication. Congratulations to Stacia O’oten, our Employee of the Month for March!



Stacia is a Registered Nurse at Johnstown Pointe. You can find her floating all over the building. Before she worked in healthcare, she was a Hay Farmer. She sure knows how to operate big pieces of equipment! She started her career in long-term care working as a staff nurse in a skilled care facility. She chose long-term care because she loves to work with the elderly. When she was a kid, Stacia would stop by the local nursing homes to talk to the residents for hours on end! She loves listening to the stories they have to tell. She would describe her career as rewarding, challenging and heart-warming.

Outside of work, Stacia loves to crochet. Another one of her favorite hobbies is collecting rocks and artifacts. One of Stacia's favorite travel destinations is anywhere out-west like Wyoming. Stacia has four kids ranging from five to twenty and shares a cat and dog with her daughter.
