Happy Receptionist Day!

Johnstown Pointe would like to highlight our amazing receptionist, Talia Riggs! Talia has been working for Johnstown Pointe since October of 2021. She has two nicknames and goes by Tali or Tal. She was born in Columbus, Ohio, and went to Johnstown High School. Talia lived downtown in Columbus for one year but moved back to Johnstown with her husband after that short year.

Outside of work, she enjoys photography and spending time with her family. Her favorite travel destination is Ft. Myers Beach, Florida, or anywhere in Colorado. Her husband is named Justin, and she has one son named Justin. Talia has two dogs; Yoko, a lab-boxer mix, and Lennon, a boxer. She is really into sports, specifically the Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Guardians! She went to Mount Vernon Nazarene University and got a Bachelor of Business and Marketing.

Before working at Johnstown Pointe, she worked in the automotive field for six years. She wanted a new job that made her feel happy, and she found it here at Johnstown Pointe. Her favorite thing about her job is the people she's met and the friendships that she has made.

Talia shared, “It’s been so fun meeting new people. From the residents to employees and to all the visitors! I have found a position with a company where I feel genuinely happy at the end of my workday, and that means so much!”
