Meet one of our team members who make a difference, Olivia Starmer! Olivia is our April Employee of the Month! She is currently working as one of our Registered Nurses in our Nursing Department.
Olivia started her career in nursing when she was just a junior in high school. She began as an STNA, pursued her career as an LPN in 2015, and became an RN in 2018. She chose to work in nursing because she enjoys learning, and this career path involves constant learning as there are always new challenges to overcome. She is committed to furthering her nursing knowledge and teaching fellow nurses how to be caring and compassionate.

Olivia Starmer - Johnstown Pointe's April Employee of the Month
Her favorite memory in her career so far has been creating lifelong friendships with her co-workers. She loves to see a skilled patient get discharged home after a long and challenging stay. Olivia strives to make a difference in her patients’ lives and enjoys working with the aging population.
In her free time, Olivia loves cardio drumming, reading books, watching tv and movies, and taking pictures. Her favorite travel destination is Maine to visit her grandmother. Olivia loves spending time with her children, Bronson, Wade, and Khloe. She also has a fur baby named Arlow. She enjoys OSU sporting events and the Cleveland Guardians!
Olivia is grateful to be a part of the Johnstown Family, and we are just as grateful to have her! Congratulations on winning April Employee of the Month!
