Johnstown Pointe is currently looking for a Business Office Manager(BOM) to join our team. Johnstown Pointe is a beautiful Brand NEW Skilled Nursing Facility in Johnstown, Ohio.
$2,500 Sign-on Bonus available!
The Business Office Manager(BOM) position is a key and visible department supervisor working directly with all residents, family and employees. This position is responsible for the timely input of information within the accounting systems as well as financial management of the Skilled Nursing Facility. The BOM is directly involved in the maintenance of trust accounting records, medical billing/collections and resident accounts receivable statements. The BOM is the primary individual responsible for the timely collection of accounts receivable from all payer sources. The Business Office Manager is a member of the Executive Team and must have experience managing a business office in a skilled nursing facility.
Including a working knowledge of:
State Regulations pertaining to Business Office Operations
Point Click Care
Medicare/Medicaid billing and collections (medical billing)
Managed Care billing, coding, regulations
Budgets, Spend Downs, AR, AP
Management of Resident Trust
**Must have 3+ years business office/medical billing experience!**
