Johnstown Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation is now open in Johnstown, Ohio. With 80 beds and an experienced operations and clinical staff, this premier building will encompass service lines including short term rehab, chronic disease management, long term care and a variety of therapy disciplines.

Johnstown Pointe joins the largest family of quality care centers in Ohio, owned by Foundations Health Solutions. This center will be both Medicare and Medicaid certified and will take a select group of managed care patients.
